Freight:

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days from receipt of cleared payment (freight companies only pick up orders Monday to Friday). For all orders under $100.00, a small freight charge of $9.90 is incurred.

We use Australia Post for smaller items and freight companies for larger items (over 105cm long and/or over 20kg)

Freight sent to a PO Box will be sent by Australia Post's Registered Mail Service, and post duration is normally 2-7 business days to most popular destinations.  For current parcel delivery times to your locations, please visit Australia Post's Postage Calculator. We only ship orders to locations within Australia only

Stock Availability:

There may be times when stock has been exhausted or when manufacturer delivery times are outside of our control.  If there is an expected delay in shipping your item to you, we will contact you as soon as practically possible with an expected ETA of shipping.

Returns:

We are happy to assist with all service questions and enquiries.  If in the rare case that your product does develop a fault, we can assist you with returning the unit to our warehouse so we can process the warranty claim for you. 

Please note that all warranty claims requrie a proof of purchase.

If you have purchased an item and find that it does not fit your vehicle or your intended application we are also happy to exchange it for you, just email your requirements then send it back and we'll sort it out for you.

For items where you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser and a restocking fee may apply.
